Cory Spangenberg signs
Today was a special day for the Padres as first-round selection Cory Spangenberg (pronounced SPAN-jen-berg) officially joined the Friar family. Here is a video of him signing his first professional contract. Congrats to Cory and his family. They are joined by Padres Vice President/Assistant General Manager Jason McLeod and Director of Scouting Jaron Madison in the video.
